Do you offer refunds?

Are the replays captioned or accessible?
Most replay videos include the live captioning from the live session (with the exception of one). Live captioning is not always 100%; I’m happy to offer a transcript upon request – just reach out!
Can I download the videos?
Replay access is streaming only. You’ll have unlimited viewing for 90 days through August 14, 2025, but the videos themselves are not downloadable. However, all accompanying tools and worksheets are downloadable and yours to keep!
What if I miss the 3-day window—will this be available again later?
