Reimagine Program Diagnostic
Systems-level assessment (also referred to as an audit) completed in 90-days that establishes a clear baseline and priority plan.
Options include curriculum evaluation, equitable climate & culture evaluation, and more.
Result: You will get a data-driven view of what’s working and where opportunities exist, along with a report with recommendations for how to proceed.
Reimagine Implementation Support Packages
Using a clear plan you have already established, we help your team make measurable progress towards established goals.
We help you break goals into step-by-step actions in order to move work forward towards clear goals for curriculum, policy/process, scheduling/staffing, assessment, partnerships, communications, or targeted professional learning.

Reimagine Acceleration Day
A focused, three-hour working session for an arts leader (and up to 3 additional leaders or teacher leaders) to address one high-leverage challenge—then leave with a concrete 30-day activation plan.
Options include: address an equity concern, identify barriers to progress, review content & materials, curriculum review, start a PLC program, and more.
Result: you get a focused space to work through a solution to a key challenge, and leave with a plan to execute right away.

Self-service professional learning implementation package for K–12 arts teams.
Each package gives you and your teacher leaders everything they need to facilitate high-quality, arts-specific professional learning with asynchronous modules and guidance for discussion and practice. Live support is available as add-ons.
Result: You and your team get access to a proven PD curriculum that you can customize to your school or organization calendar. Along with a plan to create relevant, professional learning that will move the needle, not create more busy work.
